Cancellation Policy

At photobliss, we're commited to providing a fun, professional, and seamless Photo Booth experience. To ensure the best possible service for every event, please review our policy guidelines: All bookings must be made in advance via our online booking system or by contacting our team directly. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 1 day before the event date. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made 5 days before the event will receive partial refund. (excluding the deposit) Cancellations made within 2 days of the event will not be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, and in such cases, customers will receive a full refund. Service and Delivery: our Photo Booth will arrive 3 hours before the event start time for setup. The Photo Booth operates for the agreed-upon number of hours. Any additional time will be charged at an hourly rate. A designated area for the Photo Booth setup is required, and the space should be 12 feet wide and 12 feet deep. Customer Responsibilities: The customer is responsible for ensuring a clear path to the event location and the set up area. Equipment and Liability: The Photo Booth company will not be help responsible for any damage caused to guest or property during the use of the booth. Guest must refrain from engaging in any behavior that could damage the Photo Booth or disrupt its operation. In case of equipment malfunction, our team will make all reasonable efforts to repair or replace it promptly. If the booth is inoperable, a partial refund may be provided. Use of photos: The customer agrees that photos taken during the event may be used in promotional materials, social media, and advertising, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Customers may request copies of all photos taken, and digital prints will be provided within 2 business days after the event. Privacy and Data protection: We take privacy of our customers seriously and adhere to relevant data protection regulations. personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services. Guest can opt out of photo sharing at any time. Force Majeure: We will not be held liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
